A day making play dough out of kool-aid and a visit to the The Great Salt Lake Shorelands Preserve. This spot is a resting place for migratory birds on their journeys from Canada to places such as Central and South America. It's a fun and relaxing place to visit and snap a few (or a lot) of pictures. I've taken so many pics of the kids at this place it is just so beautiful. It's a perfect place to capture snaps of the mountains on stormy days as well. We love it and are happy to see our community keeping it as wild as possible.
