A couple weeks ago we headed to Huntsville to help Judy transplant some trees. I always love it when we go there. It's beautiful, peaceful and full of adventure. The kids and I made it over to the lake to snap some pics of the pelicans that flew in. The fish were spawning which was entertaining for all of us. They were thrashing all over the place! On the way home I made Harley pull over (a couple of times) to take pics of the yaks and the gorgeous view on top of Trapper's Loop.
Lately I've noticed a change in our family. Harley and I have grown more in the last couple years as a couple and as individuals. In spite of many differences we've made sure we grew together....I don't know if the right word is contentment? We're just loving this space we're in. I've learned to not ignore those nagging gut feelings. Our life has become easier to manage even with big challenges....I am grateful for this.
