we got a lot done yesterday. harley cleaned out the garage (big project) and i caught up on a lot of laundry and spring cleaning. there's always something in the air this time of year that makes me want to clean, clean, and then clean some more. maybe rearrange the furniture etc..i'm thinking it's a safe bet i'm not the only one who feels this way when spring is about to emmerge.

after all of harleys hard work in the garage he still had enough energy to take the kids to the park...he ran into a friend of ours there who also had his girls there playing. so, of course the kids started playing together on the playground which turned into playing in our green jogging stroller that seats two. well, the three girls sqeezed themselves in and harley was letting them roll down the hill in it...cash was rolling and running down the hill, minding his own business -not paying attention...he was running at full speed ahead of the stroller and harley could see him start veering in front of it. by the time harley screamed out his name and to move it was done. cash got run over by the stroller...and stuck under it...this isn't a sad story. according to harley it was hysterical and by the way harley told the story it sounds like it was! cash turned out fine once harley got him out from under the stroller and all the girls were ok :)

we decided last minute to have a family night. i baked a spice cake and the kids frosted and decorated it with sprinkles. it was such a fluffy and yummy cake. then we watched wreck it ralph...such a cute movie :) a nice ending to a busy day.
