judy and i headed up to north fork for some cross country skiing today. i haven't been in probably seven years roughly. it was so much fun. judy is very good at this...i only fell a few dozen times down some-what i would call-steep hills. she only fell once....i've been wanting to get out more and take advantage of what utah has to offer. this winter has been what i remember winters to be like when i was a young girl; cold with a lot of snow. i can't say that i've ever witnessed an ice storm in utah until recently. that i must say was weird even for utah.
afterwards we went to the shooting star saloon for a cheeseburger and hydrated with beer :) if you're ever in huntsville, utah this place definitely has the best burgers in town!
